Nandini Nayak

Nandini Nayak is a third-year medical student and the Research Liaison at USMLE Wise, interested in clinical research, medical education, and emerging healthcare technologies. Her clinical interests include paediatrics, emergency medicine, and internal medicine.

At USMLE Wise she has contributed to the Stroke, Cardiothoracic, and CRIST projects, primarily through research coordination and academic support. She also serves as Research Manager at MEDMARK CIU, and teaches students AI-assisted research workflows and reference management using Zotero.

Her work outside USMLE Wise includes ecological retrospective research using ARIMA-based predictive modelling, conference abstracts and poster presentations, and ongoing systematic review and meta-analysis work in areas including Zika virus and the link between air pollution and cardiovascular disease. She received a Student Research Award at her medical university.
