These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of usmlewise.com (the “Site”) and the coaching, research mentorship, residency-match, and clinical-rotation placement services (the “Services”) offered by USMLE Wise (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Site or enrolling in any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or enroll in a Service.

1. Who We Are

USMLE Wise provides USMLE exam coaching, recorded and live courses, research mentorship programs, residency-match support (including ERAS/CV editing, personal statement editing, letters of recommendation editing, and interview preparation), and clinical rotation placement assistance for international medical graduates and medical students.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for medical students and graduates who are 18 years of age or older. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide about your medical training and credentials is accurate.

3. Enrollment & Payment

Prices for our Services are shown on the relevant program page at the time of purchase, in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
Some programs require a full one-time payment; others use a deposit, trial-period, or payment-plan structure as described on that program’s page. The structure shown at checkout for your program controls.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors and/or scheduling platforms. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.
Guidance calls and certain consultations are booked through an external scheduling platform; the date/time and details you submit there are used to deliver that call.

4. Guarantees & Refunds

Several of our programs include a specific guarantee (for example, the Crash Course pass guarantee, the Match packages’ first-session guarantee, or a program trial period). The exact terms, eligibility conditions, and how to request a refund are set out in full in our Refund & Guarantee Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where a program has no published guarantee, refund requests are reviewed case by case — contact us at admin@usmlewise.com.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Except for the specific, narrowly defined guarantees described in our Refund & Guarantee Policy, we do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, match into any residency program, or achieve any particular research or academic outcome. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, prior preparation, and decisions made by third-party institutions (exam boards, residency programs, journals, and clinical sites). 6. License to Use Course Materials

When you enroll in a recorded or live course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view that course’s materials for your own study. You may not record, download, reproduce, resell, share your login, or otherwise redistribute course materials to any third party. All course content, slides, videos, and written materials remain the intellectual property of USMLE Wise.

7. Your Conduct

When using the Site or our Services, you agree not to:

Share your course access or login credentials with anyone else
Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Site
Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose
Behave abusively or disrespectfully toward our staff, coaches, or other students

We may suspend or terminate your access to a Service if you violate these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party platforms to help deliver our Services, including scheduling/booking platforms, WhatsApp, video-hosting, and clinical rotation host sites. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or policies of these independent third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how these services handle your data.

9. Clinical Rotation Placements

Where we assist with placement at a clinical rotation site, the rotation itself is hosted and supervised by an independent third-party clinical site, physician, or institution — not by USMLE Wise. We help facilitate the placement, but we do not control, and are not responsible for, the third-party site’s supervision, accreditation, scheduling, or day-to-day conduct. You are responsible for confirming that any placement satisfies your own school’s requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site, its design, branding, and all original content (excluding materials owned by third parties) are the property of USMLE Wise and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of that intellectual property to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USMLE Wise and its coaches, contractors, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to lost income, lost opportunities, or exam or match outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Service will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold USMLE Wise harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to a Service at our discretion if you materially violate these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
